Agenda Item Title: YMCA Lease Agreement- Tenth Amendment 2022-2024

Background:
The District has a long-standing relationship with the YMCA of Silicon Valley to provide services for students after school. The District will provide YMCA with the following school sites:
- Bubb, Room 21
- Imai, Room 21
- Landels, Room 29
- Mistral, Room 21
- Theuerkauf, Room 22
- Vargas, Room 20 & 21
- Stevenson, Room 20
This amendment shall be extended through June 30, 2024.
Fiscal Implication:
2022-2023 lease revenue will total approximately $385,483.68, with an anual adjustment on July 1st of 3%.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Tenth Amendment to YMCA Facility Use Lease Agreement.
