• Increase awareness of the implicit assumptions that impact interactions and decision making
• Support healthy and productive interactions
• Generate alignment on the Board’s role for monitoring and completing next year's goals/objectives
• Enhance appreciation for the other team members
• Identify next steps for sustaining progress
