Agenda Item Title: Approval of Schematic Design, Budget and Schedule for the Vargas Elementary School MUR Roll Up Door Addition Project

Background:
The District has developed schematic designs for the Vargas Elementary School MUR Roll Up Door Addition Project.
The project includes the following: Removal of existing pair of 3' by 6'-8" aluminum doors facing the courtyard and installation of a new 10'x9' roll up door with glazing and motor operator.
Fiscal Implication:
Measure T Bond Program - $220,585.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the schematic design, budget and schedule presented for the Vargas Elementary School MUR Roll Up Door Addition Project.
