Agenda Item Title: Management and Unrepresented Staff Salary Increase (5 minutes)

Background:
The Board will consider the ratification of the Tentative Agreement and salary increase with CSEA in today's meeting. In accordance with past practice, staff recommends increasing the salaries of management and unrepresented staff at the same percentages. The management schedule reflects a consistent percentage between steps to be in better alignment with other salary schedules.
Proposed salary schedules for 2021-2024 are attached and reflect the following:
2021-22: 5% increase to the salary schedule as well as a one time, off-schedule payment of 2%
2022-23: 4% increase
2023-24: 4% increase
Pending County approval.

Fiscal Implication: $1,120,700
Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Board approve the salary schedules for management and unrepresented staff as presented.
