Background: 
The Board will consider approval of a contract with Tara Vikjord as Chief Human Relations Officer.


Fiscal Implication:
The Assistant Superintendent’s base annual salary for the 2021-2022 school year will be $232,522.50 plus benefits. The new salary takes into account the new raise given to CSEA, Management, and Unrepresented Staff.

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Employment Agreement with Tara Vikjord for as Chief Human Relations Officer, as presented.
