Background:
The Board will consider approval of a contract with Cathy Baur as Chief Academic Officer.
Fiscal Implication:
The Associate Superintendent’s base annual salary for the 2021-2022 school year will be $259,600.01 plus benefits. The new salary takes into account the new raise given to CSEA, Management, and Unrepresented Staff.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Employment Agreement with Cathy Baur as Chief Academic Officer, as presented.
