Background: 
The Board will consider approval of a contract with Rebecca Westover as Chief Business Officer.


Fiscal Implication:
The Assistant Superintendent’s base annual salary for the 2021-2022 school year will be $238,189.69 plus benefits. The new salary takes into account the new raise given to CSEA, Management, and Unrepresented Staff.

Recommended Action: 
It is recommend that the Board of Trustees approve the Employment Agreement with Rebecca Westover as Chief Business Officer, as presented.
