Background: 

Staff will provide overview of Health and Wellness Survey results. 

The survey was administered November 17, 2021 through December 3, 2021.  The survey provides an understanding of stakeholder perceptions, identifies gaps in District health and wellness programming and support, and informs District health and wellness priorities.
