Agenda Item Title: Approval of Schematic Design, Budget and Schedule for the Paving and Utilities Project, Phase 2 at Bubb Elementary School, Crittenden Middle School, and Imai Elementary School

Background:
The District has developed schematic designs for the Paving and Utilizes Project, Phase 2. The project includes the following:
- Bubb Elementary School - Asphalt overlay of 63,000 square feet of existing asphalt paving at the playground including re-striping and reconfiguration of play courts. Crack sealer and seal coat of existing paving between classroom wings - 8,000 square feet.
- Crittenden Middle School - full depth replacement of 10,750 square feet of asphalt paving in the parking lot adjacent to Middlefield Rd. Includes re-striping of parking and ADA accessible ramp.
- Imai Elementary School - Asphalt overlay of 50,000 square feet of existing asphalt paving at the playground including re-striping. Crack sealer and seal coat of existing paving between classroom wings - 10,000 square feet.
The anticipated total project cost is $1,153,323. Funding for the project is from the Measure T Bond Program.

Measure T Bond Program - $1,153,323.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the schematic design, budget and schedule presented for the Paving and Utilities Project, Phase 2.
