Agenda Item Title:  Security Camera Community Feedback, Board Policy 3515, and Administrative Regulation 3515 (30 minutes)

In  2019 the District, with community input, developed a Master Facility Plan (MFP) which was adopted on December 12, 2019.  The MFP outlined projects and priorities for facilities which included security cameras as a priority 1 item. After Measure T passed the Board approved a project list on October 1, 2020 for Measure T which also included security cameras.  The Board also approved Palidin as a consular to help the district with the project on June 17, 2021.  During the months of October and November the District collected feedback from parents, community members, and staff on considerations the District should take in regards to security cameras. Based on the feedback received from the public and Board staff is bringing a Board Policy 3515 and Administrative Regulation 3515 for approval.

It is recommended that the Board approve Board Policy 3515 and Administrative Regulation 3515 as presented.
