Background: 

In  2019 the District, with community input, developed a Master Facility Plan (MFP) which was adopted on December 12, 2019.  The MFP outlined projects and priorities for facilities which included security cameras as a priority 1 item. After Measure T passed the Board approved a project list on October 1, 2020 for Measure T which also included security cameras.  The Board also approved Palidin as a consular to help the district with the project on June 17, 2021.  During the months of October and November the District collected feedback from parents, community members, and staff on considerations the District should take in regards to security cameras.  Staff is now asking for direction from the Board.
