Background: 

At the meeting of the Board of Trustees on March 21, 2019, the Board authorized a development agreement with Fortbay/Mirimar Capital (Mountain View Owner LLC) for the employee housing project. The project developer, Mountain View Owners, LLC, will present an update on the current status of the employee housing project.

No fiscal implication.
