Agenda Item Title: Notice of Completion - Mountain View Whisman School District Office Alterations Project, 101 Builders, Inc.

Background:
On June 3, 2021, the Board approved the construction contract for the District Office Alterations Project from Measure T funds. The Board approved the award of the project to 101 Builders, Inc. in the amount of $259,101.00.
Change Order No. 1 is being brought for Board Approval at this meeting in the total credit amount of ($10,589).
The final contract amount including Change Orders No. 1 is $248,512.00. Work on this project is now substantially complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The District currently holds retention in the amount of $12,425.60 or 5% of the final contract value. After a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the filing of the Notices of Completion with the County of Santa Clara recorder, the District will release the retention amount provided all remaining close out and punch list items have been completed.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the filing of the Notice of Completion for the District Office Alterations Project.
