Background:
During the Mountain View Whisman School District Office Alterations Project unforeseen conditions and owner requested changes occurred, resulting in revisions in scope to the original project. These changes require contingency money to be used as well as allowance funds included with the base contract be credited back to the District.
Change Order No. 1 is a net credit of ($10,589).
Fiscal Implication:
The contingency monies required for Change Order No. 1 are credited back to the District in the amount of ($10,589). The net change to the contract to date is ($10,589).
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order No. 1 for the Mountain View Whisman School District Office Alterations Project.
