Background: 
LEAs throughout the state have been found to be significantly disproportionate and are required to create plan to address this. MVWSD has created a plan to address the over identification of hispanic students as students with disabilities. 

Fiscal Implication:
LEAs are required to reserve 15% of its IDEA funds to fund this plan. MVWSD will reserve $178,542 for its plan
