Agenda Item Title: Approval of Dreiling Terrones Architecture Addendum No. 1, Additional Service Request No. 1 for the Window Replacement Project at Multiple Sites

Background:
The Window Replacement project includes replacement of the existing windows at eleven (11) sites. The Vargas Elementary School site was not included in the original RFP or subsequent architectural services agreement with Dreiling Terrones Architecture Inc. for this project. At the request of the District, the Vargas site is being added to this agreement and included in Addendum No. 1.
Fiscal Implication:
Dreiling Terrones Architecture has presented an additional service fee proposal for the required services at Vargas Elementary School in the amount of $47,755. This proposal is within the established project budget for architect fees.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the additional service fee proposal for Dreiling Terrones Architecture in the amount of $47,755 and award the Addendum #1 for additional services to their existing agreement.
