Background: 
Pursuant AB361 the Board of Trustees have noted that there is still a significant health risk for in person meetings.  As a result of this finding, all District Board meetings, committee, advisory boards and community meetings will remain accessible either through telephonic or virtual meetings for the next 30 day period commencing October 31^st – November 29^th, 2021.

That the Board of Trustees approve all District Board meetings, committee, advisory boards and community meetings will remain accessible either through telephonic or virtual meetings for the next 30 day period commencing October 31^st – November 29^th, 2021.
