Agenda Item Title: Measure T Priority 1 Project Request (30 minutes)

Background:
On December 12, 2019 the board approved the Master Facility Plan that prioritized safety, operational efficiency and short term growth as well as a priority list for completion.
An election was held in the Mountain View-Whisman School District on March 3, 2020 for the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds for various purposes with a maximum amount of $259,000,000 (“Measure T”).
Due to COVID and emerging needs staff is bringing options to amend the priority list for Measure T.
Fiscal Implication:
$6,624,097 from Measure T funds.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board approve adding paving at Bubb, Crittenden and Imai, district wide electronic locks, windows at Castro, Stevenson, Vargas, and District Office, and garage doors at Stevenson and Vargas as a priority 1 item under safety and efficiency.
