Background:
During the Crittenden Middle School Public Address System Project, unforeseen conditions have occurred, resulting in revisions in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
Change Order #2 for $8,882.91 will increase the contract amount.
Fiscal Implication:
The contingency monies required for Change Order #2 will not exceed $8,882.91. A summary of Change Order #2 is attached.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #2 for the Crittenden Middle School Public Address System Project.
