Agenda Item Title: Community Restrooms Project: Change Order No. 1 - The Public Restroom Company

During the schematic design portion of the project design, the proposed building was revised to an alternate model which was reflected in the Board approved schematic design. In response to the District's request, The Public Restroom Company has provided a proposal in the amount of $72,225.00.
Approval of Change Order No. 1 for $72,225 will increase the contract amount from $463,464 to $535,689. A summary of Change Order No. 1 is attached.
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #1 to The Public Restroom Company for the Community Restrooms Project.
