Agenda Item Title:  Assistant Superintendent Salary Increase (10 minutes)

Background: 

The Board approved a  4% salary increase for management, unrepresented groups, and CSEA. The Board will consider the ratification of the Tentative Agreement and 4% salary increase with MVEA in today's meeting.  In order to provide a similar increase to all employees, staff recommends increasing the salaries of the assistant superintendent staff by 4%. Proposed contract adjustments  for 2020-2021 are attached.

• Chief Academic Officer

• Chief Business Official

• Chief Human Relations Officer

Staff recommends that the Board approve the attached contracts that reflect a 4% increase for the 2020-21 school year for the following employees:

• Chief Academic Officer, Cathy Baur

• Chief Business Official, Rebecca Westover

• Chief Human Relations Officer, Tara Vikjord
