Background: The Board approved the Tentative Agreement and 4% salary increase with CSEA on June 3, 2021. In accordance with past practice, staff recommends increasing the salaries of hourly and substitute hourly staff by 4%. A proposed salary schedule reflecting the 4% increase for 2021-22 is attached. Pending County approval.
Fiscal Implication: Fiscal Impact = $20,585
Recommended Action: Staff recommends that the Board approve the attached salary schedules that reflect an increase for the 2021-22 school year for hourly and substitute hourly employees as presented:
