Background:
CHAC has provided services to students in the Mountain View Whisman School District for many years. The annual proposal for the 2021-2022 school year will provide for a continued relationship with CHAC and will provide counseling services to students, parents, and staff as needed.
The One Time Funding request included in the proposal may be considered in the future as additional data regarding the proposal is provided.

Recommended Action:
Staff recommends that the Board of Trustees approve the CHAC Annual Funding Request for services as presented for the 2021-2022 school year.
