Agenda Item Title: Schematic Design Drawings, Budget, and Schedule for the Community Restrooms at Various Sites Project (5 minutes)

Background:
The District has developed schematic designs for Community Restrooms at Various Sites Project.
The project includes the installation one (1) prefabricated community restroom building and associated sitework at the following sites:
· Castro/Mistral Elementary School
· Huff Elementary School
· Landels Elementary School
Construction is scheduled for November 2021 through January 2022.
The anticipated total project cost is $1,225,682. Funding for the Community Restrooms at Various Sites Project is from the Measure T Bond Program.
Fiscal Implication:
Measure T Bond Program - $1,225,682.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the schematic design, budget and schedule for the Community Restrooms at Various Sites Project as presented.
