Background:
Per Board direction and guidance, MVWSD is renaming Frank L. Huff Elementary School. This item is being brought to the Board as an action item wherein the Trustees will make the final decision regarding the renaming of Frank L. Huff Elementary School.
Fiscal Implication:
The signage changes made to the exterior of the building will cost approximately $5,000.
Recommended Action:
The Superintendent along with the Citizen's Advisory Committee (CAC) recommend the Board chooses Amy Imai Elementary School as the new name for the previously named Frank L. Huff Elementary School.
