Background: 
The resolution is to accept the California Department of Education reimbursement of funds for satisfactory performance of required services of the California State Preschool Program at MVWSD.

Fiscal Implication:
Reimbursement shall be in accordance with the Determination of Reimbursable Amount Section of the FT&C. Maximum Reimbursable Amount (MRA) of $1,131,012.00.

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Resolution Number 02-061721 and State Preschool as presented.
