Background:
On November 19, 2015, the District's Governing Board approved Resolution No. 1580.11/15 delegating authority to award contracts to the District's Superintendent, Chief Business Officer, Associate Superintendent(s), and Assistant Superintendent(s) pursuant to Education Code sections 17604 and 17605.
All contracts approved by those authorized to do so pursuant to that delegation authority are to be submitted to the District's Governing Board for ratification. Contracts that do not, however, involve an expenditure in excess of the bid limits specified in Public Contract Code section 20111 need only be reviewed by the District's Governing Board every 60 days. The applicable bid limits are $15,000 for construction contracts and $96,700 in 2021 (adjusted annually) for the purchase of equipment, materials, supplies, non-construction services, or repairs including maintenance.

1. BMR Health Services, Inc. - Contracted services for Occupational Therapists and Speech/Language Pathologists for the 2021-2022 school year. $330,240
2. 3Chords/Therapy Travelers - Contract staffing for Speech/Language Pathologist for 21/22 school year. $454,080
3. California Department of Education - Funding contract for 21/22 for State Preschool. Funding amount $1,131,012.00
4. Community School of Music and Art - Provide music and art program district wide for the 2021-2022 school year. $414,473
5. Creative Learning Center - Non-public school student placement for the 2021-2022 school year. $201,230.50
6. Esther B. Clark School - Non-public school student placement for the 2021-2022 school year. $111,836.00
7. Goodfellows Therapy - Contracted staffing for occupational therapists for the 2021-2022 school year. $360,000
8. ILO Group LLC - Will provide one-on-one and cohort coaching in 2021-22 for 10 female leaders among the District Office staff and principals. This professional development is tailored to support women in their roles in the areas of sustainability in leadership, tactics for project management, time management, change management, and team support. $223,000
9. Ro Health, Inc. - Provide contract staffing for the Special Education Department for the 2021-2022 school year. $490,200
10. Mountain View Owners LLC. - First Amendment to Reimbursement Agreement with Mountain View Owners, LLC for Design and Pre-Construction Phase Services (District Employee Housing Project). Total contract $56,000,000.00

4. Jack Schreder and Associates - Prepare Developer Fee Justification Study to provide the district with the justification necessary to levy developer fees as authorized by Education Code Section 17620. $5,375

8. Second Harvest of Silicon Valley - MVWSD District agrees to administer the Summer Food Service Program at various summer meal sites from June 1, 2021- August 31, 2021. Second Harvest agrees to reimburse MVWSD up to the amount of $8.000
