Background:
The Board will consider the ratification of the Tentative Agreement and 4% salary increase with CSEA in today's meeting. In accordance with past practice, staff recommends increasing the salaries of management and unrepresented staff by 4%. Proposed salary schedules for 2020-2021 are attached. The proposed salary schedules reflect the 4% increase as well as the addition of the PIO, Chief of Staff position reflected on the schedule, the inclusion of Human Resources technicians and payroll technicians on the confidential salary schedule, and adjustments to the confidential and certificated director salary tables to reflect the scope of work. Pending County approval.

Fiscal Implication: $386,000
Recommended Action:
Staff recommends that the Board approve the attached salary schedules that reflect a 4% increase for the 2020-21 school year for the following employees as presented:
Principals, coordinators, and directors
