Background: 
Three separate nominations for CSBA President-elect or Vice President are required. Each nomination for CSBA President-elect or Vice President may only be submitted by any CSBA member governing board or by any individual board member whose board is a current member of CSBA. 

The following person, Albert Gonzalez, is a member of a CSBA member board and has agreed to be a nominee for Vice President's office. 

Fiscal Implication:
None. 

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees nominate Albert Gonzalez for CSBA Vice President.
