Background:
On November 19, 2015, the District's Governing Board approved Resolution No. 1580.11/15 delegating authority to award contracts to the District's Superintendent, Chief Business Officer, Associate Superintendent(s), and Assistant Superintendent(s) pursuant to Education Code sections 17604 and 17605.
All contracts approved by those authorized to do so pursuant to that delegation authority are to be submitted to the District's Governing Board for ratification. Contracts that do not, however, involve an expenditure in excess of the bid limits specified in Public Contract Code section 20111 need only be reviewed by the District's Governing Board every 60 days. The applicable bid limits are $15,000 for construction contracts and $96,700 in 2021 (adjusted annually) for the purchase of equipment, materials, supplies, non-construction services, or repairs including maintenance.

1. Hanover Research Council - The 3 year agreement will provide the district with an Equity Audit. Through the use of targeted surveys, disaggregated data analysis, and 'best-practice research briefs, the district will receive comprehensive coaching to help achieve the Equity goals outlined in the Strategic Plan 2027. $208,635
2. Rythm and Moves - Physical Education Program for grades TK - 5th for the 2021- 2022 school year. $804,840
3. Santa Clara County Office of Education - Provide annual Technical Services for 2021 - 2022 fiscal year. $119,062.20

1. Analytic - Cloud-based software solution for the management of financial functions of school districts. $13,218
2. Enome Inc. - Special Education District membership renewal subscription for Goalbook toolkit services for 3 years (2021-2024). Goalbook takes State and Common Core standards, identifies its core purpose and creates IEP goals, resources and strategies. $30,400 per year.
3. Health Connected - Provide sexual health education Programs Teen Talk and Puberty Talk. $43,625
4. Meta Solutions - Provide PowerSchool customization catalog. $5,000
5. Zearn - School account services and on-demand professional development subscription for 2021 - 2022 school year. $22,500
