Agenda Item Title: Rejection of Bids for the Huff Elementary School Portable Building Project

Background:
On April 8, 2021, the District received one (1) contractor proposal for Huff Elementary School Portable Building Project. The construction budget for the project was $150,000. Silver Creek Industries, LLC was the only bidder at $328,553.77. Due to only receiving one proposal and the bid being $170,000 over budget, it is recommended that the District reject the bid.
Fiscal Implication:
There is no impact to the overall project budget.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees reject the bid for the Huff Elementary School Portable Building.
