Agenda Item Title:  Award of Project Inspection Services Contract to Construction Inspection Services, Inc. for the HVAC Replacement at Various Sites Phase 1 Project

Background: 
The HVAC Replacement at Various Sites Phase 1 project involves replacing the existing HVAC units at Bubb, Huff, Landels, Graham and Mistral Schools with more efficient HVAC units.  The project requires the services of a project inspection firm to provide on-site DSA project inspection.

Fiscal Implication:

Construction Inspection Services, Inc. has presented a service fee proposal for the required services in the amount of $12,825.00.   At this time, the estimated construction cost for Phase 1 is $6,500,000. This proposal is within the established project budget for inspection fees.
