Agenda Item Title:  YMCA Lease Agreement 9th Amendment 2021 -2022

Background: 
The YMCA has been a long-standing partner with the District in serving our students.  The Ninth Amendment continues this long standing relationship.   The District values the partnership with the YMCA and has continued to keep the lease payments well below market value.  The District has not raised the rent for this year due to the additional burden placed on the YMCA from responding to COVID.

Fiscal Implication:
The lease revenue for the 2021-2022 year will be $446,464.00, including the cost for the rental of portables. 

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the lease agreement with YMCA (Ninth Amendment 2021-2022).
