Agenda Item Title: Schematic Design Drawings, Budget, and Schedule for the Paving & Utilities Project at Castro Elementary School and Theuerkauf Elementary School

Background:
The District has developed schematic designs for the Paving & Utilities Project at Castro Elementary School and Theuerkauf Elementary School.
The project includes the repaving and restriping of the parking lots on San Luis Avenue and the existing blacktop at Theuerkauf Elementary School and the removal of the existing pedestrian paving at Castro Elementary School and replacement with vehicular paving to accommodate additional parking.
Construction is scheduled for June through August 2021.
The anticipated total project cost is $1,503,565. Funding for the Paving & Utilities at Various Sites Project is from the Measure T Bond Program.
Fiscal Implication:
Measure T Bond Program - $1,503,565.
Recommended Action: It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve the schematic design, budget and schedule presented for the Paving & Utilities Project at Castro Elementary School and Theuerkauf Elementary School.
