Background: 
Education Code 37299 subdivision (a) allows the governing board to revise the date that schools close in observance of any holiday identified in subdivision (a) through the adoption of a resolution.  On the 2021-2022 school calendar coming before the Board for adoption, Lincoln Day is moved from February 12, 2022 to February 21, 2022.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board of Trustees adopt Resolution 02-030421, Change of Date of School Holiday, as presented.
