Background:
During the Stevenson Elementary School Temporary Portable Disconnect Project, unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $28,680 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $7,804 was approved January 10, 2019.
Change Order #2 for $8,336.09 was approved August 23, 2019.
Change Order #3 for ($2,500.00) will credit the contract amount.
100% of the project is complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The contingency monies required for Change Order #3 will not exceed ($2,500.00.) A summary of Change Order #3 is attached.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #3 for the Stevenson Elementary School Temporary Portable Disconnect Project.
