Agenda Item Title:  Acceptance of Statement of Votes and Certificate of Election Results

Background: 
The Registrar of Voters has certified the results for the November 3, 2020 General Election.  Pursuant to Elections Code Section 15400, the Governing Board must accept the Statement of Votes and Certificate of Election Results and declare the totals to be the final results of the election.

None.

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees accept the Statement of Votes and Certificate of Election Results and declare the totals to be the final results of the election.
