Background:
The District-Wide Campus Perimeter Controls Upgrades project includes perimeter control upgrades at each of the two campuses. DSA is requiring lighted safe dispersal areas at these sites as a condition for approval. The design of this lighting is not included in the scope of services originally approved in HY Architect’s proposal.
Fiscal Implication:
HY Architects has presented an additional service fee proposal for the required services in the amount of $10,000. This proposal is within the established project budget for design contingency-Measure T.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the additional service fee proposal for HY Architects in the amount of $10,000.00
