Background: 
Greenway Strategy Group will provide MVWSD guidance and facilitation of the strategic planning process. In order to ensure that the district builds the capacity and ownership for implementation of the strategic plan.

Recommended Action: 
It is recommended that the Board of Trustee approve the Greenway Strategy Group proposal for the facilitation of the strategic plan.
