Agenda Item Title: Landels Play Structure Grant Project - Terramark Change Order No. 2

Background:
During the Landels Play Structure Grant Project unforeseen conditions, design changes, and owner requests have occurred, resulting in additions/changes in scope to the original project. These additions/changes require contingency money to be used.
The total construction contingency of $47,440.00 was budgeted for this project.
Change Order #1 for $25,426.71 was approved on May 21, 2020.
Change Order #2 for $21,525.00 will leave the remaining contingency amount at $488.29 with 100% of the project complete.
Fiscal Implication:
The contingency monies required for Change Order #2 will not exceed $21,525.00. A summary of Change Order #2 is attached.
Recommended Action:
It is recommended the Board of Trustees approve Change Order #2 for the Landels Play Structure Grant Project .
