Background:
The Consolidated Application spring release serves as the District’s formal request to the California Department of Education for state and federal categorical funding for the 2020-2021 school year. Categorical funds are restricted funds and may only be spent on items specified per categorical regulations. Consultation with District English Learner Advisory Committee was conducted and approval was secured.
Fiscal Implication:
District entitlements for the 2020-2021 school year are unknown at this time.
2019-2020 Entitlements are listed below:
Title I, Part A LEA: $604,688.00
Title II, Part A: $108,428.00
Title III EL student program: $122,811.00
Title III Immigrant student program: $41,273.00
Title IV, Part A LEA: $48,271.00
