Background:
The Board will consider the ratification of the Tentative Agreement and 3% salary increase with the Mountain View Educators Association in today's meeting. In accordance with past practice, staff recommends increasing the salaries of management and unrepresented staff by 3%. Proposed salary schedules for 2019-2020 are attached.

- Principals, coordinators, and directors
- Confidential Classified
- Supervisory
- Preschool Teachers
Fiscal Implication:
$444,816
Recommended Action:
That the Board approve the attached salary schedules that reflect a 3% increase for the 2019-20 school year for the following employees:
