Background: 
The Mountain View Educators Association, (MVEA) and the Mountain View Whisman School District negotiation team have reached a tentative agreement for the collective bargaining agreement from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022. The collective bargaining agreement between the District and MVEA which expired on June 30, 2019 shall remain in full force and effect, except as amended in this document, and as provided in the attached tentative agreements.   The attached agreements were reached regarding Article 3, Hours; Article 5, Compensation; Article 6, Organizational Security and Article 8, Professional Growth and Development.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board approve the Tentative Agreement between the Mountain View Educators Association (MVEA) and the Mountain View Whisman School District, as presented.
