Background: 
The Biennial District General Election that will include election of three trustees will take place November 3, 2020.  The Board of Trustees will consider approval of a resolution that reflects Board Bylaw No. 9220 (included for reference).

Fiscal Implication:
Cost of printing, translating and distributing statements

Recommended Action: 
That the Board approve and adopt Resolution No. 03-0402-20, Specifications of the Election Order, as presented.
