Background: 
Each year the Governor and the Legislature of California designate the third Wednesday in May as the "Day of the Teacher."  Teachers make a crucial difference in the lives of students and are true champions for students, schools and community.

None

Recommended Action: 
That the Board of Trustees approve and adopt Resolution No. 01-04022020 designating May 13, 2020 as the Day of the Teacher.
