Background: 
Staff will present a revised fee schedule and fee agreement for preschool.  The fee schedule needs to be adjusted due to a variety of factors including an increase in the reimbursement rate for state preschool and an increase in costs to run day to day operations.

Fiscal Implication:
Potential increase of $60,000 in collected fees for 2020-21

Recommended Action: 
No action required.  This item will be agendized for the March 19, 2020 meeting for approval.
