Background: 
Education Code 37299 subdivision (a) allows the governing board to revise the date that schools close in observance of any holiday identified in subdivision (a) through the adoption of a resolution.  On the 2020-2021 school calendar coming before the Board for adoption, Lincoln Day is moved from February 12, 2021 to February 16, 2021.

Recommended Action: 
That the Board of Trustees adopt Resolution 01-030520, Change of Date of School Holiday, as presented.
