Agenda Item Title:  Resolution No. 02-030520 to Authorize Temporary Borrowing between Funds of the School District (5 minutes)

Background: 

This resolution would allow temporary transfers between any funds of the District as instructed by the Superintendent or his designee and authorizes the Santa Clara County Treasurer to honor warrants drawn on those funds regardless of their cash balances, provided the aggregate cash balance of all those funds is positive.

The District is waiting for $1,350,000 for the City contribution to shared toilets, synthetic turf, and a traffic signal at Vargas and $1,050,000 for the contribution to shared toilets at Castro, Huff, and Landels Elementary School.
