Board Policy No. 5123, Promotion/Acceleration/Retention guides the process to be used to determine promotion, acceleration and retention of students.  This Board policy was last updated, April 6, 2017.

 

Board Policy No. 5123, Promotion/Acceleration/Retention has been revised as follows:

  •  Updated to make minor revision reflecting current law pertaining to the requirement to provide remedial instruction to students who are recommended for retention or are identified as being at risk for retention.
