Background:
Board Bylaw No. 9321, Closed Session Purposes and Agendas as been revised in accordance with recommendations from the California School Boards Association.
The bylaw has been retitled and updated to incorporate material formerly in Board Bylaw 9321.1, Closed Session Actions and Reports, which is being deleted. The bylaw also adds contains clarifying information on procedures for closed session items.

None.
Recommended Action:
That the Board approve Board Bylaw No. 9312, Closed Session Purposes and Agendas, as presented.
